Factory area
The factory spans 17,500 m², encompassing production, warehouse, and office areas to optimize space and ensure timely delivery of high-quality goods at competitive prices. The facility employs over 250 workers and houses 67 advanced ENGEL injection machines, with clamping forces ranging from 28 to 800 tons. These machines are equipped with ENGEL manipulators and PIOVAN peripherals, all monitored in real-time through the ENGEL e-Factory 2 system. This online monitoring ensures consistent quality by eliminating variations that could negatively impact the injection process.
Special technologies
Certain machines are further enhanced with KEYENCE visual sensors, which meticulously check the structural integrity of every part produced. Additionally, the facility is in the process of implementing ENGEL iQ Weight Control technology to automatically adjust shot parameters, effectively countering any viscosity fluctuations in the raw material for more precise and reliable production.
